We retain your submission information for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Midwife information displayed on this site is sourced from the National Provider Identifier (NPI) Registry, a public federal database maintained by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. If you are a midwife and wish to update or remove your information, contact us at [email protected].
We may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use this site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
